Can I consider investing in a plot in Regi? The prices are considerably less. Any idea about when the construction work be allowed to start?
I have heard of electricity disputes etc. Possibly rumors.

Instead of Regi Lalma buy a plot somewhere on Warsak Road Peshawar or if you have more money then Shami road or defense is the best option.

Thanks Ahmer, I will consider this. As an alternative, I am considering to buy a house in University Town (close to Islamia) for my family that is planning to move to Peshawar.
Property dealings need time and information mixed with some experience. I am away from country and that is making things a bit more complicated for on my side.
