Brother we all discuss on different forums that real estate will soon see boom, for example Bahria Enclave/Top City/Gulberg etc and says" when overall situation gets better then these societies will also be benefited".
Lets make educated guess and facts/reasons/and factors when we will see regain?

When the political dust will settle down ,and internal turmoils are brought under control,a bit stable and sensible governance of the country,combined with good pace of developmental works and possessions in societies etc,THEN i think real estate will RENOUNCE,
So it needs 1-2 years in my opinion,
