What options do we have for 1 million of budget near new airport/metro bus. Or can we invest in multi/zedem projects within this budget, if yes what exactly will be the option?

You can also explore another option. There is another developed housing society with the name of Rawalpindi Housing society located in C-18 next to B-17 C block and in front of Wapda twon A block. You can get plots on cash.

Thanks Nasir, Yes UT is in my list too but I doubt about it’s access road, as the service road is in very bad condition and you need to cross motorway underpasses as well to get there… Is there any link approved from Kashmir Highway for UT?

Yes currently road is in very bad condition, but I hope it will get repaired once metro is completed, no idea about access right now, but as Eitheen is very close to it. Also there will be more societies near it in future. So it will get a better access. Even if it doesn’t get a direct access still its location is better than other far far away societies.

No i think 12-13Lac plots are available in Block C extension, E and F block which are not so much developed right now. E Block development is under process and the management just sent a notice to allottees to submit around 66000 Rs for electricity and Gas line connection.

@Mr. Faisal right now in Zone 2 no society is so much livable. Its just for investment purpose. It will be livable at least after 5-8 years. For living purpose in 10-15 lac range you can check some 3 marla plot in ghauri phase 7, or there are some societies on lehtrar road like kayani town, barma town etc. You can also check some societies on adyala road.
