My question is , i am trying to find 4 bed property in askari 5 malir cantonment area, the prices for new apartment as shown on zameen website results are starting from 2 crores while when i call agents they start prices from 2.75 going upto 3 crore. What is the truth here ?

I know someone has bought 3 bed apartment (brand new) there at 1.60 crore few months ago. However at Askari V, each floor has different price. So the 3 bed ground floor might be 2 crore, and as you go high, it will reduce the price. The top floor was bought at 1.60 crore.
Also one of my cousin bought 3 bed new apartment in one floor from top (I think it was 6th floor) at 1.70 crore.
It might also be worth to note that currently Askari V is in the same place with Army depot and installations and due to security reasons, it is currently considered to separate the entrance for residential area of Askari V and separate it from Army installations and if so happens, it may reduce the price of residential areas significantly, due to security getting lower for residential area. It is based on similar concept as Askari IV.
