This thread is like a joke. How would a appreciation in dollar value and weakening economy will help increase real estate prices?
Only commodities will go up are the ones we import, like oil, gold etc. etc.
JDM, everything goes up including real estate, food items etc…
Every thing that move goes up. House construction will get expensive. Land price expected static or down because less buying power/ buyer. Law of the market unless manipulation.
