The Venture 5 guy is a very learned fellow. He's what every agent should be as far as mannerism is concerned. Although I would say in general that all of these agents are reputable folk but Venture 5 ranks a little higher than the other three.
Property Planet is also reputable. The owner is a graduate and a nice guy in general. Al-Hussain brings in a lot of experience and is generally a well trusted agency. Ghandhara Estate is one of the oldest agencies in Islamabad and is also very reliable.
Thanks Nafees, i never knew this before. May be we should discuss this subject more and help buyers contact the agents that are reputed highly.

All of them are well reputed people and some of them are very senior in real estate market, in my personal view always check 2 or 3 different dealers whenever buying land as its always matter of luck and opportunity sometimes u got an opportunity from less senior person. One thing else in property try to purchase from specialist not from all rounder , as if some one is specialist of bahria enclave i will prefer him on those dealers who are dealing in every sector, because specialist of any sector r always connected and up to dated with there sector, they can guide whole pros and cons better then any other else this is my personal opinion and experience rest ALLAH knows better
