Looks like Road will be near Phase 8 Block N, F4 and Bahria Orchards.
Plots in Block N, F4,3 and Orchards will have high price.

Let me starlight one great confusion on BT orchard.
Contrary to the popular belief, the commonly conceived location is not orchard, it is actually F-3. Orchard is further down.

The management gave time from 4-6 months which does not seem possible, it depends on the pace of construction company, if they start in time June or July, hopefully they will be able to finish it not more one year.
Its a great project! It Will change the traffic patterns in Rawalpindi-Islamabad. Most Peshawar-Lahore bound heavy traffic will not enter in Pindi-Isb at all! Thats awesome!

Bahria phase8 is almost developed except phase8 ext.Sure it will rise up after RR Implementation.
Again dealers are going to knock Phase8 doors.Market are expected to rise.

Ring road has been scrapped. It was a huge project having commercial areas all around. Now it is only Pindi bypass much less in magnitude than the ring road but still great thing coming in the area.

What sectors of BT phase 8 are affected by this bypass road? Any detail issued by BT?
Ring road route is around Groukhpur village, so it must be the end of phase 8 or somewhere from phase 8 extension. If they play wisely it should be beyond the area of phase 8 extension otherwise it will be corwded soon due to dha and bahria sectors.
Someone said here that it is now 38 km.
Well, as per PC-1 it was 33 km only. Now a stretch of 5 km can very well put it away from phase-8 if 38 km news is real?
5 km diversion clearly states that someone played hard against MR!
