experts, idea about rawalpindi ring road? Starting date, completion date, its route and its major impact on surrounding areas, where to invest?
The mystery surrounding this ring road needs to be clarified as which parts will gain more benefit.
A request to experts kindly shred some light specially with regards to Bahria ph8. What part of Bahria will have more benefit. Some one told me safari valley is the main beneficiary.
Ring road Rawalpindi will make a good impact for its surrounding areas. It seems that now this project cant be stop due to heavy traffic flow and few more reasons.
I personally believe after 5 years importance of all surrounding areas near ring road Rawalpindi will be highly valuable. Societies and farm houses are already working there.

you missed upcountry enclosures while discussing CBR and FOECHS
also from your resources please find out some future hope of proper widening of Girja Road. The widening which is being done by private societies and is just 2.5 ft on eah side and its till Upcountry gate only…
If this girja road gets widens till GT road then it wil be the smallest and best route that will link Rawalpindi from M-2 , RRR and Airport

brother the topic is low cost. upcountry is not a low cost for middle class now. but yes CBR 2.
FOECHS is not covered. its just told as a pass through Rout from CBR to I-16.

govt has approved widening. im talking of that. not a society doing outside its area.

Still Punjab Baboo’s are having hurdles in the name of environmental & other issues…under the filthy mind of dramabaz.
This bypass will eventually get in sight but still not crystal clear to get head start…
The good news is, FWO will do it which has strong forces backup & actually army is the one who wants to make it on security issues in twin cities…
Dramabaz Sharif gives a damn to the country’s good projects as he thinks, he must do it & get votes & do curruption, too.
@yousafnoor What I fail to understand is that bids would have been invited on some proposed map of the road. But somehow that map hasn’t become public even through the bidders. If any form of the map of the latest official RRR is revealed, we can ascertain the market value of the housing societies it touches.

People still have options to invest in Bahria-8 ext,BWC,CSC,CBR-2,Silver City, Up Country Enclosures,CDA I-14,15,16,Taj Residencia, act all of these will be fruitful after RRR.
