Prices in B-17 have doubled and tripled since Jan 2021. A fiend who held a kanal plot for last 10 years, was about to sell it, when I insisted that he should wait for MA announcement. He did, and now thanks me every day. Margalla Avenue completion will give another big jump to B-17 early next year. So anyone who’s waiting should move in now or forever hold their peace.
Prices in DHA Rahbar have been stagnant for last 3-4 months and begin to go down from last year jump.
DHA Valley is a death trap, people are stuck up there since 2008. Only a fool would advise people to dump their hard-earned money in that shady project.
So who is misguiding innocent overseas investors.

Though its again these stunts, you feel skeptical about, unless you see that happen. Not that long ago, there was this rule that NOC will be granted within 60 days. Many societies complied, made all available what was needed but to no benefit.
The only solo beneficiary has been LSC getting NOC in 58 days, and we know LSC folks have these LDA/RDA/whatever DA in their pockets!
Perhaps me being navive but I am unaware of any other society that got that even in 120 days, after rule in place for an year now.

Pls comment on phase-8 connectivity to bypass where exactly BT will have point to join as now in Imran govt a decision was taken that any society meeting some creteria, can build flyover or underpass on any Highway even on motorway, too.
My info is BT will surely join it’s "middle ring road"to the bypass.
