This thread keeps getting ridiculous everyday. Topi drama after duping innocent investors in Ponzi schemes along this so called RRR.
All the so called property Gurus should hang their head in shame. Patwaris and Youthias is not an issue here but misguidance by "Gurus" is main bone of contention.
Perhaps its time to look inwards and not point fingers and sling mud.
Best is to point out exact instance and post to be specific. Very welcomed and for sure enlighten the rest. Generic statement rarely make any point ... : )
For a factual correction:
- There don't exist anything called Guru when it's all about key strokes.
- There is no species called as Innocent Investors unless one physically closes a deal.
@YC, true, it is sad indeed. However, I am more inclined to believe that this is just an eye wash to create opportunity to sole-source this project to"usual suspect".
@Calpak, your comments cut like razor, but are true to the core. I have no choice but to agree, unfortunately. Many so called "gurus" are here to misguide people to their own benefit. They try to dominate discussion and distract readers from reaching to conclusion based on ground facts. This thread is converted to trash because upon seeing their arguments lost, these "Agenda Gurus" resort to usual distracting tactics.

@Ilyas bro, I sincerely tried to watch Throne thingy but could never get past few scenes. Every time a big dragon appears and roasts the entire army like Charsi Tikka. Your other recommendations were nice and I enjoyed a lot, but this Game of Thrones is just too much for my patience. Although I heard many enthusiast speak highly about it.
I think i'll watch few seasons of Ertugrul to develop taste for GoT.
N.B. I've watched Lords of the Ring umpteen times and never got bored.

I have seen that people in subcontinent, including overseas, indulge themselves in politics and religion unnecessarily.

Nasir brother, I, in a good faith invite you to revisit the posts (you for sure can feel sorry later on :), should you still feel the same). For now, I would suggest to set aside the bias and see who used which word (Language + Abuse + Derogatory commenting) and I believe you will have a fair judgment ...
You can see the pattern, whenever there is a counter argue to ones narrative, all these harsh messaging and words start to flow in from other side.
Not that clarification was needed but out of a good faith I suggest to revisit those posts and decide for yourself!

I am here but will not comment on the abusive language of some of the members.
Totally silent on whatever " ghilazat", they spread on this forum.
Besides, my contribution may subside to some extent in future due to two reasons:
I am dealing with Corona footprints and cannot go places to double confirm the ground situation.
Plus I have entered into the next higher phase of my construction business which is taking up of mine and my boys time.

I really admire your qualitative contribution on this forum and even sometime i am not agree with your opinions and this is the beauty of accepting the difference of opinions.
This forum is like a Sadqa-e-Jaria and i am sure nobody get paid from any society or individual unless somebody have some personal interests. So we people here are like a family and juniors readers here find different analysis from different experets.
I am not in favor of discussing politics anywhere but in stock exchange and realestate politics has impact on both of them and we can not avoid it here so we may discuss it in a light way to not attack anybody except politics or politicians.
I really respect Abdul Qayam sb and Nadeem Ahmed sb as they are senior members and it does not mean i disrespect you and rest of the members but young members like us must give respects to seniors.
