-- Govt. promotes that if RRR purely their brain-child and no one even thought of it earlier, while the reality is opposite.
-- The projects that need minimal priority to get executed and operational are being wasted. Example Metro Ext. to Airport.
-- In Punjab civil bureaucracy who managed 3 Metros + 1 OLMT and many other small projects is being persecuted. Check NAB on Fawad Hassan, Ahad Cheema years on in Jail. Proven any thing? See the way PKLI destroyed by Saqib Nisar. OLMT was put under stay just before election so it can be inaugurated.
Compare that with BRT who was declared as immune from any probe. BRT contractor awarded new contracts in ISB.
