Let us think clean about RRR as after 30 years of wait this project at least got life.
Demarcation of proposed land has always been a bloody process as people take money and still do not vacate property!
CDA & DHA example are there.
But on RRR, land acquisition and markings already done...even awards been decided and money been released and started being paid to affectees...
It is very easy to sit on keyboard and show bravery but very difficult to accept good things from the one we hate on vested interests or whatever the hate one has manifested inside one's soul.
I still think clean about RRR and In Shaa Allah it is on the way inspite of the fact that Punjabi baboos are comitted to delay/stop it on obvious reasons....plus inactivity of our Punjab CM..
Fate Jang, Pindigheb is my native area and I have seen RDA officials making non stop daily meetings to settle with villagers on land awards....this can happen only if someone is behind this much awaited project...who is then behind?

First look at this forum first thread, more then 4 years ago. I have learned one thing, RRR and such sweet dreams are only by property dealers to attract money from poor awam. A rich person will never be fool by such property dealers. I think RRR will take at least 6-8 years to materlize. So stay away from any investment based on RRR.
Instead invest in Gulberg, DHA2,5 etc which are on ground. Save ur hard earned money and dont be fool. A bird in hand is better then two in the bush.
Aftab Khattak, this is true for almost all property projects in Pakistan. Look at Islamabad to Rawat expressway signal free corridor :-). Islamabad new airport is another example.
A wise person will assess the property on the spot and according to current developments in and around and not think what is going to happen in 1 month/year.
