Rawalpindi is the only city not having bypass!

Chota Shareef looted all health, road n dam money to his trains.

I am sure new govt would think out of his mind and commence both dam n bypass of Pindi.

If there are no dream stupid projects to drain money only for elections, both dam n RRR could be made as RRR is on outside money

1-What you think is the appropriate time to buy anything near RingRoad? Should one wait to get a formal earth breaking?

Investing from RRR point of view is no doubt good but one must buy in a reputable and an established society.

The society must have completed projects to its credit, good resources to sustain the society important matters such as security, maintenance , schools, parks and other prerequisites for a healthy living.

Taking one time profit from just an AD fame society is a popular game in our country but that game is played by big hounds with unlimited resources.

Having said that RRR confirmed beneficiaries are DHA3 and from within DHA3 , the BT phase8 is another one.

In zone2 there are several as RRR will be beneficial for them one way or another.

How many flyover. Which location and connecting modality is still in Gray area.

Do your math with the above factors keeping in mind.

Add my little bit insight into what Qayyum sb have already said. Twin cities are growing in at-least 2 to 3 directions rapidly.

In my view (only time can prove), travelling from Rawat to the New Airport, the area on South is extremely cheap and cities have started to grow into that direction. The area is ready for the rise. If RRR gets materilised, the rise will be at a very fast pace, otherwise it will be steady but a growth for sure.

KMT sounds promising but I am not sure about current status of development!

What is the current status of RRR? Is it still at planning/design stage ? What about finances for it ? When work is supposed to commence ?

I think this good news for property market.I hope after implement market will start rise.

I had bought one 10 marla and a kanal plot in KMT 6 months ago now both are appreciated by 2-3 lacs each Alhamdulillah, in this short span of time. All plots of KMT first 3-4 phases are with possession and the society is already developed by JKCHS (G-15 Isb group). The management of JKCHS is changed after recent elections and positive changes are expected in KMT. Redevelopment of old roads is in their plan.

Amaar khana rookia, what was the $ value six months ago as compared to pak ruppee and what is the current status of buck($) vs pak ruppee… Then calculate your profit accordingly…

As I wrote several time that if Saqib Nisar is successful getting some sort of conclusion, history would be made in Pindi property.

RRR bound societies will get huge buying and after Dhadhoocha decision, DHA valley also get in highlight.

RRR is Army thing, too and IK has to listen to Army.

But actual RRR being constructed is likely to take time.

I doubt that IK will spend any significant amount of money on infrastructure. One good example is the cancellation of signal free corridor of ISB Highway. He went publicly to show NO interest in infrastructure development.

Unless the pressure comes form Army or the People of ISB/RWP.... I see it in very Distant future.

Islamic Highway was on state resources and RRR to be made by Cinese funding.

It is now a security issue and property will get shine as a bonus!

Sir - "Cinese funding" sounds sweeter today but tomorrow it will be state resources compromised to repay... Unfortunate fact!!



I want that to happen as a direct beneficiary but hopefully not on the expense of foreign loan/funding. Investment can do better, if the idea is sell-able to external funders...

But if govt put curb on luxury imports just by 3%-5%, we do not even need IMF!

Countries need money for infrastructure but the way our dudes have done and likely would do, is a recipe of disaster!

Rawalpindi bypass to take off in Feb-2019. All speculations died. NESPAK to submit detailed design in two months time. Chinese are now in Pakistan for final round.

Just adding my bits of information (what I believe can be some big winner). Provided that the proposed route is maintained with no big deviations...

Some Potential Big Time Winners can be those in close proximity to Phase 8. There is to much of mushrooming up of so many societies, however, some well known names are:

- Phase 8 etx with adjacent DHAs & BT.

- Chakri Road (likes of Alharam city possession area).

For time being too much illegal (no NoC) societies in that area. If they can sort out their issues boom is written all over the place for Chakri neighborhood.

- CBR 2 (Residencia Block in particular)

- I-16

See how government responds to this project, yesterday Punjab parliament approved big budget for education, there is development budget as well but lets see if this project gets materialized this time.
