I just read the news which was published on below forum that ring road is approved on july 02, 2017, is it true?

Thanks Khan saab, according to this news Punjab govt I think plans to do this next year, par kon jeet hai teri zulf k kham honay tak… K agli dafa hakomat rehti hai k nahi 
, and I am not sure if it will be priority for the next government although it is must needed project for twin cities.
Very imp project for twin cities. It wil ease up a lot of traffic conjession issues
