My name is muhammad sibghatullah and currently we have house located in garden town,multan which work in progress is going on and we required quotation from contractor or other similar parties who can complete the following remaining work on upper portion of the house;
1. 30% remaining work in progress for two rooms, one bath, kitchen and common gallery and stairs area (plumbing,doors and electrical work
2. Building of two more rooms with one attach bath and kitchen and balcony on the front to make house location more visible.
I shall be thankful to you if the interested parties can email us their quotation so that we can review it to award this work for further completion.
Note: contractor warranty/ or similar guarantee and advance retention till the completion of this task will highly be appreciated, recommended and preferred.
