Someone wants to buy home from us. He don't have money so we will buy through bank. So what he will do is that he will take loan from bank and then we will show our house papers to bank. So the house will be pledge. During that time the bank will check whether the papers are fine or not. On that basis he will get loan and bank will pay us the money which we have finalized with him. Bank will give us the money through check.
So my question is that is it safe and i also heard that the bank takes at least two to three months to give money to the seller.
Please advise me on this regard. I hope i am able to tell the scenario properly.
