I want to sell a 500 sq yd plot in karachi dha phase 8. Its on 20th street between khayaban-e-Bilal and khayaban-e-Shajjar.
1) in this market, what would be its price?
2) have the market prices been affected by the recent rulings, etc?

8-8.5 crore before 1st July. No buyers for even 7 crore now. Minimum 30-35% correction already but no buyers.
Like why would somebody buy so expensive plot. That's just speculation.
And beware FBR might ask source of Income. That's why nobody want to buy.
Is it 1000 sq yard plot
Sorry I forgot to mention the size. Now I have updated the Title and the text. Muhammad Khan Sahab it is 500 sq yds.
In which zone of phase 8?
3-3.5 crore for 500 sq yards but no buyers even at these rates.
