My mother was a headmistress of a government primary teacher with service of 22 years suddenly she passed away from this world (May Allah bless her eternal peace) in 2012 during the service.
Now after 2 years and 4 months I've passed intermediate (xii).
Q1: Can I get the primary teaching job of my mother against "deceased quota"?

According to the last notification of s&gad department,2008. Anyone of unemployed child of the deceased/retired employee would be given a job directly upto 1 to 15 (bps) as per his/her qualification.
Some people say that I'm not eligible to get the job against decease quota because it has been 2 years.
That I did not apply for the job and now the decease quota is no more available its validity which is 2 years.
Is over as per policies of government/law of province of Sindh.
Q2: Is that true, is the time over or how much is remaining?

Why did not I apply for job against decease quota immediately that time? The reason behind is when I passed metric in 2012 I intended to apply for the deceased quota but before applying I was told that for being primary teacher against decease quota or usual one must posses the minimum qualification of Inter (xii) and decided to continue studies and passed xii.
I search on google "Deceased quota notification" and see a notification which shows that deceased quota.
Is not abolished/abrogated and is valid.
