The grey structure of commercial buildings of moderate height ( up to 4 floors) costs about Rs. 1100/sft. The rate to completely finish a commercial plaza ranges from Rs. 1600/sft to Rs. 2000/sft
The complete finishing means structure plus plaster, paint, plumbing & electric works, Doors & windows . Tiles and marbles
The exact cost of complete work depends on structure design ( how much steel, cement, sand , crush is used) and finishing materials
