My late grandfather owned a house which we now want to sell but in spite of the willingness of his all four children (legal heirs) the problem is that three of them are residing abroad so is there any way to sell the property in this case as they are not present in pakistan?
Try to get power of attorney from the rest residing abroad.
It depends where the property is located. If it is in Co-operative society then power of attorney through embassy will not work and presence of three legal heirs residing abroad is mandatory at society office at the time of transfer. Contact the cocncerned socitety/aurthority to know how their laws address this issue.
The property is located in Nazimabad
