I am new to this forum, actually I am almost near to a deal. What is the safest payment mode? How payment matter is dealt?
Bank draft? Bank transfer, cash? What is the safest way? I will appreciate your sincere advise.
Bank transfer is the best and safest..
Second option is bank draft... Just make sure you get the spelling of there names properly and rest you will be fine.and incase the deal dont come through than get them to sign the draft on the back so you can have it deposited back into your account...
Cash is never recommended.... + you must alwasy keep some documentery evidence of the payment made...
Involve a dealer during transaction and hence they become witness of the payment.I don’t think that a reputable dealer will make their reputation bad in market.It also depends on amount of money.If it is upto 10-12 lacs you can pay cash at the time of signing transfer but if big amount is involved then pay with demand draft.

Pay order is the best and get the ID card copy of the person who will receive the pay order, in case deal cancell you can easily submit the pay order back to your account.

Yes you need a bank account for bank drafts…
Pay Order/Demand Draft, best mode of payment, get a recieving from the seller/purchaser before handing it over.
