Is PWD secure to live in? If a family moving from middle east.
Prefer to live at dha or bahria.

They are also located in the same vicinity.Bahria phase 1 to 6 and dha phase 2 is recommended…You want o get a rented house or you are going to buy a one.
Phase-8 is perfect to live if you dont have to go to Islamabad. Otherwise its a nightmare to drive 2-3 hours every day just to go and come back from Islamabad.
Bahria or DHA are much better,
PWD has serious water shortage issues, living is fine, okay but not perfect, not much security, maintenance, and peace of mind.
Bahria is good because of No Loadshedding at all, security 24/7/365.
I would not recommend phase 8 for living at this stage.for living phase 1 to 6 and dha 2.and for more calm and serene environment and peaceful living,dha phase 1 orchard area.
