You should read all the topics and chains of discussion on this website and then start making up your mind. Investment wise, the areas in zone ii and zone v of islamabad are good. But it all depends on your budget, timeframe for construction, size of plot (whether you prefer to live in very good locality even if you have to buy smaller plot or you want at least a minimum size if distance from city centre is not an issue) etc.
