I avail this opportunity to seek your candid opinion regarding purchase of 10 m plot in ph8 f2/3 for construction of house. One of my friend told me that i should invest in bahria karachi instead rawalpindi. My aim is to construct house after 2-3 years. My question is that whether this time is suitable for purchase of plot in bahria rawalpindi or karachi, will prices see a decline in bahria pinidi and when possession will be given of bahria ph 8 f sector.
If you can hold on for 2 - 3 years F2-f3 might just get possession by hat time - and it won't be a bad idea, to opt for these sectors, in my opinion.
I think Bahria might give possession to the other side e.g. L, M, N first before these sectors. I could be wrong - there's no concrete info in this regard anyway.
As for Karachi, it's a different approach altogether. Either you should drop the idea of constructing a house or you should drop the idea of Karachi. I hope you understand that Karachi despite quite lucrative and on much stronger footing (in the longer term), has almost no development to be able to construct a house just yet.
To construct a home after 3 year better go for I, G,F2 block… These blocks would become very good for living and hopefully would give you a good return

G, H ,I blocks are much better for house construction in 2-yrs.
H has possession, I has partial possession and G yet to have possession…

H- 38-47 lac, I- 34-38 lac, G , I have no idea… Someone please confirm , I may be wrong…

Bahria phase8 G block 10Marla 3 to 3.9,H block 3.4 to 4.5 and I block 3.3 to 3.9 Million according to location.

Thx for your suggestions. Please can body guide me that block F2 is better or G , H etc. Moreover what is price range of F2 plots both developed and non developed. Possession time period as well.
H is already possession, F2 and G next in line for possession…Price range you can check from some dealer website…
I would prefer G block due to its location and u can check the development quality by yourself visiting there … That is where more families would move in next years. And price assesment by nadeem sb is spot on
Dear Nadeem bhai: what is the price range of 10 marla gali corner plot in L block and a 5 marla general in rafi block.
G block prices start from 2.7 mil.
F2 is good in the sense that it is flatter than G. However G is closer to an already built up area (Khalid block and Umer block). Plus it is more developed than F2.

Bahria phase8 Rafi block one of best block 5Marla general 2.6 to 2.8 and corner and best location 2.8 to 3.3 million.
L block 10Marla corner 2.8 to 3.3 according to location.
