I am living in duabi .I want short term investment of one or max two year.Kindly advise me what is best now for 5marla plot.Bahria phase-8.Or dha phase-2.Nd which sector is best to buy a 5marla plot.Where i can get good return in short term period.My investment is abt 25lac.
Hussain i wud suggest you to invest in DHA as its near by expressway and less travelling required to go Isb… Or u can consider less budget societies where u can earn good profit like PWD or River Gardens
In Bahria Phase 8, you can go for Sector L, M and N. They fall under your budget. And in 2 years time, they might take a little more shape too.
I heard Bahria Town has started giving possession in L & N block of Phase-8. It will increase the prices of these blocks in near future and then 5-Marla plot would be difficult in25-lacs. In that case; only M-block option would be left whose ppossession is expected next year. From google earth; you can check out these developments.
Remember one thing; its very important to visit the project personally before buying any plot. Its matter of money so it is advised to complete your research before making any decision whether it is Bahria and DHA. It is important to check out the developments of both projects on ground.
