One of my friends is selling a plot. He told me that plot had been issued PTI number. And I can apply for registry after buying it easily.
What is PTI number? And is it possible to get registry? Kindly reply me asap.

According to my rough info, PTIN is the abbreviation of Property Tax Identification Number. Probably when a property is taken in the government's record, it is assigned a unique PTIN. An official refers to the PTIN when you ask for the annual dues. Hope this is going to help both of you :)
