Prospects of plots in phase 1-4, launched by dha lahore

What is the prospects for residential as well as commercial plots , short term & long term return

Its balloting … So assuming minimum 100 people will apply for 1 plot, your probability to get that plot would be 1/100 :slight_smile: … Matlab 0.01 … Or 1 %

I can bet 10 marla plots will get hundreds of applications against each plot.

Is the price offered by DHA against these plots has any margin from the current prices?Furthermore, In case of success in Ballot, would I be able to transfer/sell these plots?

Prices obviously have a good difference. Let me provide a rough idea:

8 mara difference: 1.5 crores approvx

4 marla commercial: 50 lacs to 75 lacs approx

2 marla sector shops: almost 30 lacs

1 kanal residential: 50 lacs approx

10 marla residential: 30 lacs approx

Rest ALLAH knows better.

Probability of winning the deal is really low.
