Experts, investing in i-12 for a 30 x 60 or 25 x 50 plot is a good strategy? What do you say?
Some machinery has started to work there? Is this the right time to invest in i-12?

Brother as far as I-12 is concerned; I have come to know through reliable sources that CDA has landed its machinery with a little plan for satisfying long lasting hue and cry in the quarters of CDA itself for the development of this sector.
However, it has not been finalized whether this development shall continue till the completion of project or not.
I would suggest you to go for any of the projects of DHA instead of going after CDA projects.
