Prospects of i-12 plot

Aoa,

Dear, i am living on rent at i-10 for last 15 years. And it suits us. I can arrange 35-40 lac from some sources.

I need to purchase home or plot here, but is out of range. Even at i-11, the plot bearly in range is of 3.5-4 marla. But will be very conjusted for us..........
In this scenario, some suggested me to purchase plot at i-12, but do cda have plan in near future for ground ploting and provision of gas, electricity, necessities. In other words, when it will be suitable for living.

Is it appropriate to purchase plot here and wait for 3 to 5 years till pha of i-12 will realize and the sector will be liveable and then start construction there on the purchase plot?

Or should i choose any other cda sector or any other reliable society in islamabad that will be preferable close to i-10/h-9.

Which option is most best, safe and reliable. Zameen.Com please guide/suggests me what to do?

Brother, stay away from CDA promises. Better buy in gulberg residencia something that is ready to be built.

Totally agreed with Alrana.I-12 plot len or phir bhool jaen kay cda banaey ga usko.

If you want to live near I-10 then there is no other option like I-12. But keep on thing in mind rates in I-12 won't go up until development is announced. Secondly, IJP road is already much crowded CDA won't develops I-12 till the ring road is not made. So, it would be wise to spend your money in I-14 or I-16 (in your budget which will get double in 3-4 years). Non- possession I-12 won't go up but up to a certain stagnation point.

It's useless to invest in I-12 for 3-4 years, but you will be able to buy 2 plots in I-12 when you will sell your investment of I-16 & 14 after 3 years, provided that i-12 remained undeveloped.

Naeem bhai is absolutely right and i agree with him.I-12 is dead horse until CDA start development.

Location wise I-15 is much better than I-16 but development and land issues are still there so go to on ground plots like I-14/16.
