Can some one kindly throw some light on future prospects of dha phase-8 lahore. Which sector of phase -8 is good from residential as well as investment point of view. What is pace of development work and when is possession of plots expected. I will be extremely thankful for guidance and information from my brothers.
It is best in the medium and long term - for both investment and living. Sectors T and W are both very good.
I agree with Paki, Phase 8 is a good investment and living opportunity in Lahore. In next 3 years, the prospects seem very bright IA.
Dear Sana ullah, here's the priority order of blocks:
W, T, V, U, X, S
Blocks are not an absolute measure of the value of the plot. Specific features like convenience of access, corner, south facing, park facing, 70' road etc can each mean a 5-7% add. On price.
Its the phase with the best town planning yet, cul-de-sac type. Great for security as you see there are only limited entrances to each block. Additionally the plots on the outer edge will be facing inwards, so apart from broad-way and service road, you will not have any uninvited traffic within the block.
Prices of top Phase 8 plots have reached about 20 million even without possession so you can assume the level of gain upon possession which is expected next year.
Do visit the site as road trails are there and you can actually see the plots.
