Pros and cons of using block instead of using brick.

I am willing to construct a house in islamabad. What if i use concrete blocks instead of using bricks to save money. It will effect the worth of house in case if i used the concrete block?

Sir i dont know the pros and cons but prople usually prefer bricks over blocks…
