Pros And Cons Of Sector C And C1 In Enclave

Would you kindly share your expert knowledge regarding C and C1 sector.

The questions are:

- When each of them will get possession?
- Location wise which one is better (location, land quality, filling etc.)?
- What is the best price for a 10 Marla general category plot?
- How is the drive from Zero Point to Enclave (time, road quality)?
- How much future growth is expected (2 years)?
- Approximately how much time it will take to get populated?
- If one has to choose regardless of population which one is best from DHA Ph2 and Enclave?

I have seen sector C, development is in fast track and possession is possible mid this year. It is one of the prime locations of BE. Most of the land is solid, not filling.

Distance from zero-point to Enclave would be around 25km shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to get there. It is highway quality double road right up to BE.

There is still price parity between main CDA sectors and BE. 1 Kanal in G-13 is at 20+ million whereas in BE it is 15+ million. So in 2 years time, prices have to catch up with CDA sector as the quality of living in BE would be much better (minus the distance of course), plus there will be an overall escalation in property prices.

Bahria is always livable, even if there is one house. But major population growth is expected in 3 years time.

If you are a nature lover and also appreciate luxury, then BE, if you like to be surrounded by big guns (ex-generals) then of course DHA-II.

Agreed with isloo…Both has its own pros and cons…Enclave will have the attraction of isb where as DHA has its own charisma of its gentry =)

Enclave 1 ready possession plots is the best available option available.

Agreed with Nasir but considering market trend wait for some time could be best option.This is personal view.Decide after visiting both location by yourself physically.

@Nasir, A block is around 85 on cash while C and C1 are around 70-75 and that too on installments. Isn't it good approach to go for C1 or C if posession is due in 6-12 months.

It will surely be feeling good living among generals but what how you compare commuting to DHA on isb highway with lots of traffic and to BE where relatively less traffic and signal-less drive.

Surely BE site is more scenic as i have heared this from many.
