Property trend up or down? Based on:

1) possible to avoid buying selling without banking channels (as new policy)?

2) revised stamp duty (dc) rates at the time of purchase

3) capital gain tax at the time of selling

Example transaction: what happens to those who at time of buying declared low buying price (e.G 15 lacs instead of 1.5 crores) so when selling in few years at 2 crores the capital gain will be on 2 crores minus 15 lacs. So very high cgt tax
