1 get copy of docs from seller
2. See if allotment or exeption [allotment is better]
3 make sure that ws not a special quota if yes then seek expert advice if widow quota then it is not transferable other quota were transferable after 10 ys but case to case variation is there.
4 ask house have completion certificate or not.
If satisfied
5. Then make a deal and tell owner to get noc
It is 3 months process and needs some follow up
6. Get lac clearence
7. Get ptawar khana [inside lda] clearence
8. Get account dept clearence
9. Get tp [town planning] clearence
When noc is hand then
10. Fill transfer set and get appointment in lda office, before that buy stamp papers required
11. Goto office with seller on date specified
Give balance payorder to seller and let him sign and thub impression before lda officer both of you will have photo graph there
Original transfer letter is ready in 2 days
12. Dont forget to get old file from seller and make sure this old file contains all necessary things
