In light of current issues i am wondering what are the taxes applicable on overseas pakistanis with regards to owning property in pakistan?
If an overseas pakistani owns a property in pakistan does he have to declare it?
Once declared are there any taxes applicable on that property (e.G. Luxury tax)?

OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS BRING 10 BILLION US DOLLARS YEARLY IN THE COUNTRY AND GOVERNMENT DOES NOT GIVE THEM ANY SPECIAL FACILITY.
THERE SHOULD BE NO TAX ON THE INCOME OR SAVING OR INVESTMENT FOR OVERSEAS PAKISTANI AS THEY DO NOT EARN THAT MONEY IN PAKISTAN.
THEY SHOULD BE RESPECTED FOR THEIR GREAT SHARE IN THE ECONOMY OF PAKISTAN.
