If you are looking for investment purpose, then i think Fazaia is best at the moment, especially because it is available on installments.

City housing is good for living, but i believe not good for investment, as the prices are already very high.

DHA is a good option but it is long term investment 4-5 Years.

thanks for your answer, CITY is not for investment for sure because of the high price, i am confuse either buy plot or buy plot and build a house and give it for rent.

If you want to build house and give on rent, then Canal View and G Magnolia are also good options. Because the plots are cheaper there.

In this case, Fazaia and DHA are not preferred, because they will take few years to develop.

How much investment you want to make and what is your investment expectation (short term or mid term)?

I am willing to invest 40 - 50 lak and investment expectation of course for long term

By investment expectation, i mean Return on investment expectation.

When you want to start earning profit.

Short term investment may give you quick results, but are usually risky.

Fazaia is a mid term investment(1-3 Years) and DHA is long term investment(3-5 Years).

Invest in a metropolitan city of Pakistan Lahore , it will give you heavy return in short span of time . If you have a interest feel free to contact ,923134335297 or you can email me muhammadusmancorporation@gamil.com .Currently i have 2 properties in your budget range .

@Muhammad Usman,

I understand you want to sell your plots, but dont show "Sabaz Bagh" to the people specially who do not have much information.

If your properties are giving "heavy return" then why are you selling them? Why not keep it and earn the profit?

Sir i am not showing sabz bagh to any one . I am just offering some thing to sell not forcing them. So dont be so curious about it
