Property Prices At Raiwind Road Lahore

Buying a piece of land in Lahore either as a low-cost investment or to meet their housing needs, some southern parts of the city are offering the real low cost schemes.

This opportunity comes at a time when it is becoming nearly impossible for middle-income people to think of buying a small chunk of land in eastern parts of the city. Like DHA etc.

By low cost, it doesn’t mean that people will be able to purchase residential land at the price of farmland and enjoy facilities that residents of other societies are receiving. It means that an average family can dream of a house in the south in the hope of further infrastructural development in the near future. What would you recommend for an investor having budget of approximately 2 million? Whether he should invest in good societies at Raiwind road like Bahria orchard or he should move to the expensive eastern side?

Bahria Orchard is the best in this Budget. I believe.

Sir,

A small investor should always invest in a well-known society, to have a way out in case of price fall or any other reason.

Secondly, small investor should not invest all their money in a single unit. He should keep some amount in hand to be on the safe side.

So its like 'Play safe, be safe' for small investors.

Rest, we should always seek for the blessings of ALLAH. Regards, z@in N@deem

Good analysis from you Zain. But the point is that Socities on the eastern side like DHA etc are very costly now so where would the small investor go? For small investor Raiwind Road and Multan Road is still untapped area
