Gulberg Residencia D markaz shops are comparitively less expensive than gulberg greens. But keeping in mind ~ 3 years these will also have a good worth due to surrounding residential block getting populated.
Another good option is this budget is shop in malls on GT road along DHA phase 2 near by to giga mall. Different malls are under construction there.
