Hopefully the COVID-19 pandemic would come under control (not sure when) but what are the experts’ forecasts for the property market trends when it is?
Once we have the virus situation under control, what can we expect from the property prices, investor interest, genuine buyers, more selling or buying, etc.?
Even during the pandemic, the government has announced a big package for the construction sector and was well received within the property and construction circles. Can we expect the property market to slow down, stabilise, or perhaps revive for the better after this pandemic?
