New airport should be operational next year Insha’Allah. Inauguration was announced by PM for August this year but this can be delayed. Often happens in new airports when more time is required to remove glitches, make the technical equipment and facilities ready in compliance with mandatory IATA requirements. Once the airport is operational hopefully there will be substantial appreciation in property prices especially in Zone-2.
