My father died when we were all under 18 so my grandad became the guardian of the all properties. He died few years ago and now that we want to sell the property we got the fird out and his and his wife’s name is still on that. Can we with death certificate take their names off the deeds? Or does that share goes to their children meaning my uncles and ants?
