Please let me know the scope of property in Shah Allah Ditta which very near to Islamabad sector D-12. My questions are:
A. Is it safe investment? B. Future of Shah Allah Ditta C. When will work start on Margalla road?

Shah Allah dita location is good as its behind D12 but remember CDA is not acquiring shah allah dita so a person who can adjust with open land should go for shah allah dita but u cant compare it with a proper sector development wise. Investment is safe ( proper register or intaqal ). Margalla avenue will take a bit time according to some sources of CDA
After reading Syed Ibrahim’s comment, i am convinced that Shah Allah Dita is a place worth your investment.
