Property in I - 14, 15, 16

What should an investor see before investing in i 14, i 15, i 16. Can i invest in one of theses sectors now> if not then what should be the option for a good return. I have about 25lac.

With the new airport access through Haji Camp route passing these sectors, they are likely to benefit and appreciate IMO

If you are considering I-14 or I-16, then I suggest that you should also explore FOECHS which touches I-16. In Foechs per marla price is cheaper and it is better value for money as compared to I-16.

The rates were too high in 2012 and 2013, rite now the rates are stable in I series, they may increase in future as Airport Access road is on the cards.

May be; I-14,15,16 get benefit from it.

AppCake, foechs is foreign office employees society. Almost all members are serving or retired diplomats including the Foreign Secretary and several ambassadors.

Development work is complete, possession is being handed over starting with Block A.

Foechs is touching I-16 but per Marla price is much lower. Development standard is better than I-16. But I-16 has higher price per marla because it is cds labeled.

The main road of Foechs is expected to be connected by Girja Road to Thailian Interchange. Also possible other connections to Foechs are Pindi Ring Road and/or New Airport Road if connected from Haji Camp.

They are also going to start Foechs Phase 2 so they have to soon provide alternate route from the existing I-16 access.
