As far as economical condition and interest of local and international buyers in lahore,isbd,karachi , it can be clearly seen till july 2014 prices will rise in all major cities over all . Beside this those societies who will perform well will rise ,lot of investment is going and planned so this year will be a positive for property . After this slump will come right now all is well.
I guess Property Prices in Lahore has already reached highest unrealistic level. It has become too expensive for average buyer to buy, i am expecting this bubble to burst in next 6 month, so i would suggest people to wait for some time, dont buy land at peak time.
Shah sb. Good analysis. It seems like history will repeat. 10 year long cycle will show it’s magic. I think gold prices will fall further and interest rates will rise. These are indicators
Shah Sb, it can be other way round… Slow and stead till july and boom afterwards… So lets see…
Prices will be stable for at least 6-7 months, then again they will rise, but rite now, it is not a good time to invest.
If no affordable options are left for the middle class including upper mid class then correction is certain.
