Pakistani property trackers, all over the world, are anxiously looking for any clue, as to where is it heading for? What is the future of property in pakistan, in short or long term scenario? Is it the right time to buy/invest or to sell it off?
Nobody is talking about it, not even the property gurus. Is the situation so dicey or unclear or as a matter of fact nobody has any idea, where it might go?
Let me generate a discussion by drawing an analogy. With the results of elections 2018 now finalized and pti/imran khan perfectly sitting in the driving seat, the dollar has already plunge to around rs 120, the stock exchange is already gaining and has crossed over 43000 points and lastly, amnesty scheme has started giving its results.
Drawing conclusions from above, my take is that property is fully geared up to take off and can confidently suggest that be ready to handle the upcoming property boom.
The above assessment is my personal view and in no way would be responsible for any dichotomy.
