Salam, my question is more specific to lahore and the declared commercial areas and zones in gulberg. Considering the bilaws for construction in the blue zone and the pink zone, how much would the price difference be? For example, a commercial one kanal plot on a main road which is falling into the blue zone and a near by kanal plot on the same road but falling into the pink zone. If the pink zone plot is for suppose 10 crores, how much would the blue zone plot be with the same specifications.
