Hi, how much should a 10 Marla plot or 13 Marla plot in Bahria Town Phase II should cost?

Which bahria? Lahore, Islamabad or…???

I need some expert opinion about if it will be a good to invest in this plot for another 1 year may be. I mean how far the price of 10 marle plot in bahria ph 2 will can stretch?

DHA 2 , sector L,M,N, will be best for secure and upcoming time. U should invest for 1 kanal here at least, in under developed areas , plot should be near express way leading to DHA valley. U will remember me insha Allah. If u need help, i can help u. Thanks. God bless all.

Prices are already too high, they can not fall, they are now stable but only genuine buyers who wants to contruct and live will buy in developed phases. I would rather suggest you to invest in Bahria Phase 8 developed plots plus Top City, DHA valley, you can get 1 plot in each society, that would bring in more profit.

@thanx Nasir bhai. Can anyone suggest which block in Bahria phase 8 and DHA valley are best and what makes them so special? (keeping in mind a large range of blocks which confuse me)
