I need some help my late father has a house in g9/3 islamabad its total are is 40*80 square feet covered area is 2440(in some tax paper it is mention 2750 sq.Ft) there are 4 bedroom 1 dining room, 1 drawing room kitchen and baths the house was constructed between 1976 - 1980 no major renovation is done to it only paint etc.Its in the street not on any double road.
Can anybody please give me an idea how much its average value is it. I,ll be really really appreciate and be very thankful to your kind responses.
Well brother it depends on its exact location construction etc.for a normal livelable house it is 3.20-3.50. For outstading it may also increases.
