Salam. We have our grandfather’s property, and my grandfather got 2 sons and 2 sisters. After my grandfather’s died my father made documents with his name and his brother. My grandmother didn’t take her share and even my father sisters haven’t asked for their share from him. As my grandmother told her daughter’s to not to take any share from brother’s. There’s no name of her sister in the documents. After than they haven’t changed documents to our family my father and his brother died. My brother’s changed the documents to our family and my uncle’s family. I want to ask that can my father’s two sister can take their share or not after my father death???
