I am overseas pakistani and having 5-marla house in pwd which is on rent for 25000per month as i have no one there to take care of the house i have contacted through one of my friend to a reasonable property dealer who can collect the rent and send to me plus a monthly round to see the house, my question is that how much is the reasonable amount he should charge monthly to take care of my house. Kindly advise

Beware, don't rely much on the agent. Please keep in mind 'illegal take over of property' issues. Be skeptic and don't provide much controls to the agent.
I am not saying that the agent in question is a thug or something, but you need to do all that for your own good.
As per commission of an agent is required, you can settle on a reasonable amount which should be much less to keep the agent satisfied and to keep him away from involving in any fraudulent activity.
